Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
- must meet fleet insurance guidelines
- must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV
- must execute the best practices of RSR training after 4-week company paid training
- must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

- Sales experience
- delivery driver experience
- high school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Manage ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products
- build and maintain strong customer relationships
- inspect delivery vehicle daily and maintain accurate records
- complete daily driver’s logs, time logs, and hours of service
- expand shelf space and creatively manage in-store promotions and displays
- rotate products to maximize shelf life
- use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth
