Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
- Compliance with fleet insurance guidelines
- Adherence to federal, state, and local rules for operation of a CMV
- Completion of company paid 4-week RSR training
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- Sales experience
- Delivery driver experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) a plus
Job Duties
- Order, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and build strong customer relationships
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate records
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Complete daily driver’s logs and time logs
- Work flexible hours including early morning start times
- Increase sales by expanding shelf space and managing in-store promotions
