Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Have a valid state driver’s license and a documented safe driving record
- Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines
- Comply with federal, state, and local CMV operation regulations
- Completion of a 4-week company paid RSR training
- Capability to push or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Sales experience
- Delivery driver experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Order products for delivery
- Increase sales by expanding shelf space
- Maintain product freshness through proper rotation
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Perform delivery of fresh baked products
- Keep accurate vehicle and delivery logs
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
