Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record
- must meet fleet insurance guidelines
- must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding operation of CMV
- must execute best practices of RSR training after 4-week company paid training
- must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

- high school diploma or GED
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work early morning hours
- adaptability to flexible work schedule
Job Duties
- order fresh baked products for assigned route
- deliver products to customers maintaining high standards of customer service
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- check delivery vehicle daily and maintain accurate records
- complete daily driver logs and adhere to hours of service
- expand shelf space and creatively display in-store promotions
- rotate products to maximize shelf life
