Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
- able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
- possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain a documented safe driving record
- meet fleet insurance guidelines
- adhere to federal, state, and local laws regarding commercial motor vehicle operation
- able to execute RSR training best practices
- capable of pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs regularly
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

- high school diploma or GED
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and customer service skills
- willingness to participate in company training
- knowledge of direct store delivery (DSD) environment
Job Duties
- order fresh baked products
- sell and deliver products
- build and maintain strong customer relationships
- perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting
- complete driver and time logs accurately
- increase sales by expanding shelf space and in-store promotions
- rotate products to maximize shelf life
- adapt to varying work schedules and service windows
- utilize data to drive customer growth
- ensure compliance with delivery standards and company policies
