Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a Department of Transportation medical card
- Ability to obtain chauffeur license if job location is in Indiana Michigan or Tennessee
- Ability to climb push pull bend stoop and kneel for extended periods with frequent reaching and use of fingers
- 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
- Ability to read speak and write English to understand highway traffic signs respond to official inquiries and complete reports and records
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to read speak and understand English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway signs and signals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as climbing bending stooping kneeling and reaching frequently
- Capable of maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork on time
Job Duties
- Merchandise stock and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays to maintain freshness
- Drive sales by securing new display space setting up incremental displays and using sales data to inform store-level strategies
- Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while ensuring promotion execution
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and new customers
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for products invoices and cash maintaining proper inventory counts
- Safely drive the company route truck and complete Department of Transportation daily logs
- Submit required documentation paperwork and deposits on time
