Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
- Ability to climb push pull bend stoop and kneel for extended periods
- Must perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
- Consistent with DOT regulations ability to read and speak English to converse with general public and understand traffic signs
- 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with customers and understand highway signs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
Job Duties
- Merchandise stock and ensure proper rotation of products on shelves and displays
- Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays
- Use sales data to inform store-level strategies
- Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Ensure execution of promotions
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures including product accounting, invoicing, cash handling and inventory counts
- Safely drive company route truck and complete DOT daily logs
- Submit required documentation paperwork and deposits on time
