Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to obtain a chauffeurs license
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and frequent reaching
- 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and comply with DOT regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to obtain a chauffeurs license and DOT medical card
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to understand and comply with Department of Transportation regulations
- Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach frequently
Job Duties
- Merchandise, stock, and rotate products on store shelves and displays to ensure freshness and quality
- Drive sales growth by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays using sales data
- Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Execute promotions effectively in-store
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space in existing and new accounts
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures including accounting for products, invoices, and cash
- Safely drive the company route truck and complete required DOT daily logs
