Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
  • Ability to climb, push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
  • Ability to perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
  • 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience in direct sales distribution preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and paperwork accurately
  • Ability to operate a delivery truck safely

Job Duties

  • Merchandise, stock, and rotate products on store shelves and displays to ensure freshness and quality
  • Drive sales by securing new display space and setting up incremental displays
  • Use sales data to develop and implement store-level sales strategies
  • Follow up on new account opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure execution of promotions within assigned accounts
  • Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures including handling products, invoices, and cash
  • Safely drive company route truck and complete DOT daily logs
  • Submit required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time
