Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Previous DSD operations experience
- Previous experience working in BBU
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual Spanish and English a plus
- Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records

Job Duties
- Communicate with all Route Sales Professionals to assist them in understanding the expectations of the customer and consumer
- Assist account team in communicating promotional activity, delivery expectations and growth opportunities within BBU
- Assist management in ensuring that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction by all Route Sales Representatives and in agreement with contract terms and requirements
- Assist with accounts and customers relations to include selling of new products, chain relations, and space/position gains
- Solicit potential new business and perform special projects and other duties as assigned
- Market BBU as the leader in the baking business
