Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain DOT certification
  • Ability to lift up to 75lb repeatedly
  • Ability to load and offload transported items
  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and respond quickly to changing demands

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in positions requiring heavy public contact
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Valid driver's license with ability to obtain DOT certification
  • Ability to load and offload transported items
  • Ability to lift 75lb repeatedly
  • Effective client and operations communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing demands
  • Proficient or trainable in product selling
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Acceptable driving record according to CMV policy
  • Strong client interaction, communication, organization, and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Meet sales expectations and promote overall route growth
  • Assist in driving route growth and timely stocking of clients
  • Find opportunities to solicit new business and increase revenue
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Focus on account retention and primary responder to customer issues
  • Ensure safe loading/unloading and proper product delivery
  • Operate company vehicles safely following DOT regulations
