Job Requirements

  • Ability to develop strong relationships and provide a high level of customer service
  • 1 plus years experience in retail, sales, or a field based supervisor role
  • Personal access to functional tools such as smart phone or smart pad and computer
  • Communicate timely with management through phone or e-mail
  • Be able to lift up to 35lbs, walk, stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
  • Access to reliable and insured vehicle with current and valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 plus years of experience in retail, sales, or field-based supervisor role
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in using smartphones or smart pads and computers
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with management
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, and stooping
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable and insured vehicle access

Job Duties

  • Sales and servicing accounts on a daily, weekly or bi-weekly basis to ensure ample, fresh product is stocked for customers
  • Drive to customer locations to deliver and restock products
  • Unload product, restock shelves, and rotate product to maintain freshness
  • Issue invoices and credit memos accurately to customers
  • Load products into truck and count inventory for accuracy
  • Complete settle-up sheets and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Collect payments from cash accounts or delinquent accounts
  • Record mileage logs and driving records, maintain DOT paperwork
  • Fuel truck and submit truck for scheduled maintenance
  • Negotiate for better product placement and strive to increase sales
  • Greet store personnel and build strong customer relationships
  • Report and manage all vehicle accidents per company policy
