Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have sales experience
- Clean driver’s license
- Ability to drive a 26-foot bobtail truck
- Physical ability to load and unload heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Pass drug test and physical examination
- Strong customer service skills

- Must be comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 pounds of linens daily
- Must pass drug tests and clinic physical
Job Duties
- Maintains a professional appearance in compliance with the company’s standards
- Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business
- Informs regular customers of new products or services
- Drives truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customer’s place of business
- Collects or picks up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms
- Loads/unloads truck
- Develops and maintains the customer's goodwill by providing assistance, showing interest, devoting time, and practicing courtesy
- Conducts business in a professional manner to minimize customer complaints
- Handles complaints and questions while keeping supervisor informed
- Listens to and resolves service complaints
- Maintains inventory and follows company policies on inventory control
- Collects money, makes change, and records transactions on invoices
- Issues or obtains customer signatures on invoices
- Records delivery and inventory information on daily invoices
- Cleans inside of the truck
- Performs routine maintenance on the truck
- Attends training and service department meetings
