Job Requirements
- Prior route driving and delivery experience preferred
- Ability to start full time schedule at 4 am Monday through Friday
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining company standards
Job Qualifications
- Three years driving experience required
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license ensuring safe operation of company vehicles
- Preferred one to two years experience in customer service or minimum one year related experience
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment such as box trucks and handcarts
- Ability to work independently with responsibility for route and unsupervised work most of the time
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines and report defective equipment to maintenance or technician dispatcher
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with all products before starting daily routes following operational procedures
- Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services and resolve service complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers
- Accountable for all received goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash collected, and products
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized and perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
