Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 years driving experience required
- Must hold a valid non-CDL Class C driver's license unless otherwise indicated by state
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- Able to work independently and unsupervised 98% of the work day

- Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year related experience
- Valid non-CDL Class C driver's license unless otherwise indicated by state
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment such as box truck and handcarts
- Able to work independently and be responsible for the route, unsupervised 98% of the work day
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and other related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment when necessary
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with all required products before beginning each day’s route
- Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services and resolve service complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials
- Be accountable for all receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, cash collected, and products
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized and perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
