Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of sales or account management experience
- Experience in warehousing, inventory, or stock control
- Delivery route experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs unassisted while balancing and carrying equipment
- Ability to withstand exposure to noise on a daily basis
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications

- Experience in warehousing, inventory, or stock control
- Delivery route experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs unassisted while balancing and carrying equipment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous automobile battery delivery experience preferred
- Customer Service Certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver new and used batteries and ancillary products
- Troubleshoot technical issues with battery testing equipment
- Maintain battery inventories or PAR levels, battery rotations, battery warranties and processing, inventory control, warehouse management, and overall account management
- Drive within the safety parameters of Valvoline and VCA
- Run data reports to assess performance or identify service and sales improvement opportunities
- Work closely with service locations and store management to exceed inventory and service needs
- Provide daily operational support, insight and service to the locations serviced
- Meet service and supply goals and budgets as set by the Territory Manager
- Maintain all company-required logs, records, and reports daily
- Maintain proper vehicle appearance and condition
- Act as a back-up service route manager for other regions as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Valvoline
