Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT
- Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting company standards including no significant violations
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
- Ability to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs with proper tools
- Must pass pre-employment physical including drug and alcohol screening
- Comfortable working in varied environments requiring bending, squatting, climbing, lifting, while frequently using electronic devices and operating commercial vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices and truck equipment
- Customer-focused with ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage independent work and route planning
- Experience in route sales preferred
Job Duties
- Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups
- Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance
- Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism
- Engage in and promote safe work behaviors consistent with company guidelines
- Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
