Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card required
- Airbrake and HAZMAT endorsements preferred
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and maneuver drums weighing up to 400 lbs with proper tools
- Valid motor vehicle record meeting company standards
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical including drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to perform physical duties including bending, squatting, climbing, lifting, and twisting
- Comfortable driving commercial motor vehicles daily
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable operating electronic mobile devices and equipment
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Previous route sales experience preferred
- Ability to plan efficient routes and work independently
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Manage and grow your route by building strong customer relationships
- Maintain and service parts-washing equipment and perform scheduled waste drum pickups
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend services to increase earnings
- Plan and execute efficient routes safely and independently
- Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines and corporate policies
- Inspect and maintain vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Complete accurate paperwork and maintain compliance with Department of Transportation requirements
