Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement
- Ability to lift hoses weighing up to 40 lbs frequently
- Ability to climb ladders regularly
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment including respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
- Must pass pre-employment physical including drug and alcohol screening
- Motor vehicle record that meets company standards without serious violations such as seat belt and cell phone violations, excessive speeding, DUI, suspension, or multiple collisions
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
- Able to maneuver hoses weighing up to 40 lbs and climb ladders regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Tanker, Airbrake, and HAZMAT endorsements preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, and truck equipment
- Experience in route sales preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and corporate policies
- Competence in developing new business and sales leads
- Attention to detail and paperwork accuracy
Job Duties
- Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers
- Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance
- Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism
- Promote safe work behaviors consistent with HCC safety guidelines
- Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
- Maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation regulations
- Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
- Adhere to all corporate policies including environmental, health, safety, and operational standards
