Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT
- Ability to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs with proper tools
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment including respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
- Must pass pre-employment physical including drug and alcohol screening
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets company standards excluding seat belt violations, cell phone violations, excessive speeding, DUI, suspensions, and/or multiple collisions
- Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, and truck equipment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Preferred route sales experience
- Ability to plan efficient routes and represent the company professionally
- Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs with proper tools
- Qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred
Job Duties
- Own your route by managing and growing your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Deliver essential services by maintaining parts-washing equipment and handling scheduled waste drum pickups
- Drive sales by spotting opportunities, recommending services, and boosting your earnings through performance
- Work independently by planning efficient routes, ensuring safety, and representing Crystal Clean professionally
- Engage in and promote safe work behaviors consistent with company safety guidelines
- Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
