Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- valid Med Card
- Airbrake certification
- HAZMAT certification
- ability to lift materials weighing up to 80 lbs regularly
- ability to handle and maneuver waste drums weighing over 400 lbs using approved equipment
- pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- maintain motor vehicle record that meets company standards
- adherence to all safety and environmental guidelines
- ability to wear personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card
- Airbrake and HAZMAT certifications
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in operating electronic devices and truck equipment
- customer-focused attitude
- preferred route sales experience
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies
- provide essential services at customer facilities including parts washing units and waste drum pickup
- adhere to all safety guidelines and inspect vehicle and equipment regularly
- develop and maintain strong customer relationships and pursue additional services
- meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth
- align work orders to minimize travel time and mileage
- complete all required paperwork accurately and maintain compliance with DOT requirements
