Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check

- Reliable and hardworking
- Physically able to lift heavy items for long shifts

Job Duties
- Visit customer homes and properties to remove unwanted items
- Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
- Maintain communication with the operations team throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service that leaves customers satisfied
- Lift heavy items safely during 10-12 hour shifts
- Operate company trucks and equipment
- Participate in team competitions and contribute to team goals
