Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be a people-person with a positive-minded personality
- Reliable and hardworking
- Physically able to lift heavy items over a 10-12 hour shift

Job Duties
- Head out to customer locations in company trucks to remove unwanted items
- Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
- Maintain continuous communication with the operations team throughout the workday
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Physically lift and load heavy items during 10-12 hour shifts
- Participate in team competitions and strive for top performance bonuses
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards while on the job
