- Physically able to lift heavy items over 10-12 hour shifts

Job Duties
- Head out in company trucks to customers' homes and properties
- Remove unwanted items efficiently and professionally
- Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste management
- Maintain constant communication with the operations team
- Provide friendly and positive customer service
- Safely lift and load heavy items during shifts
- Participate in team competitions and strive for performance bonuses
