Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- ability to secure and/or maintain CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement where applicable
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must possess a clean driving record with no disqualifying offenses in the last 3 years
- must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- physically able to lift and carry heavy items and climb in and out of vehicles repeatedly daily
- ability to work independently and in various weather conditions
- willingness to work average 45-hour weeks with variable hours
- excellent customer service and communication skills in English
Job Qualifications

- excellent customer interaction skills
- physical ability to lift and carry 250+ units daily weighing up to 45 lbs each
- able to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
- capability to work an average 45-hour workweek or more including variable start/end times
- ability to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the day
- possession of a DOT medical card
- clean driving record as defined by company standards
- minimum age of 21 as required by DOT
- strong English language proficiency for customer communication
Job Duties
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- follow defined safe work practices and complete DOT required documentation daily
- adhere to company safety policies including prohibition of electronic device use while driving and reporting incidents
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers
- deliver correct products to scheduled locations within designated timeframes
- keep detailed delivery records including cash and receipts
- identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and communicate solutions to leadership
- support team decisions and assist colleagues as needed
- provide professional water dispenser cleaning services adhering to quality standards
- adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines
- upsell additional products and services to meet customer acquisition targets
