Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips on short notice
- Reside within or be willing to relocate within a 2-hour driving radius of Round Rock base airport
- Ability to pass a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Must maintain readiness and be able to report to work within a 2-3 hour window when called
- Must comply with all applicable safety and security regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- Knowledge of safety protocols across multiple aircraft types
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid identification and authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Maintain a state of mission readiness and report within a two-to-three-hour window
- Integrate seamlessly into newly formed crew configurations on various aircraft types
- Execute complex meal services and uphold Delta's service standards
- Respond positively to sudden itinerary changes and extended layovers
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols aboard different aircraft types
- Provide empathetic passenger care and hospitality under all circumstances
- Adapt to irregular operations with professionalism and resilience
