- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- college degree or customer service experience highly preferred
- valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- able to pass FAA-mandated background check
- able to pass drug test
- completion of intensive six-week training program

- utilize automated external defibrillators
- collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
- deliver exceptional customer service
- perform sophisticated meal and beverage services
- anticipate customer needs
- provide personalized care
- resolve flight delays and interpersonal conflicts
- accommodate special passenger requests
- collaborate with crew, gate agents, and pilots
- ensure on-time departures
- maintain smooth flight operations
