Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • college degree or customer service experience highly preferred
  • valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • able to pass FAA-mandated background check
  • able to pass drug test
  • completion of intensive six-week training program

  • administer first aid and CPR
  • utilize automated external defibrillators
  • collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • perform sophisticated meal and beverage services
  • anticipate customer needs
  • provide personalized care
  • resolve flight delays and interpersonal conflicts
  • accommodate special passenger requests
  • collaborate with crew, gate agents, and pilots
  • ensure on-time departures
  • maintain smooth flight operations
