Job Duties
- Set up and stock food truck workstations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food items for service including chopping vegetables handling meat and creating sauces
- Foster a collaborative and team-focused environment
- Follow management instructions and report on progress as required
- Ensure cleanliness safety and organization of the kitchen and food truck at all times
- Prepare and serve food in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality
- Comply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Approach coworkers and guests with professionalism and positivity
- Share creativity and passion to inspire the team and elevate service
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned
