Job Duties
- serve as a positive example of exceptional customer care
- be reliable, punctual, and consistent in fulfilling scheduled shifts
- maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
- deliver food and drink orders to guests promptly and professionally
- engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
- empty trash throughout the property as needed
- clean and stock restrooms regularly
- perform opening and closing tasks accurately and efficiently
- stock and organize products and merchandise during the day
- ensure buildings and grounds are clean and well-maintained
- collaborate with coworkers and adapt to changing team needs
- follow company rules, policies, and applicable laws and regulations
