Job Duties
- Prepare and package large batches of fresh local food for sale
- Craft sandwiches, salads, burritos, soups, dips, and take-and-bake items
- Participate in seasonal menu development
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and market teams
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Apply feedback to improve processes and product quality
