Job Requirements
- Four or more years of executive chef experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings
- Experience in American Tavern concepts preferred
- Strong broiler skills
- Ability to interpret and manage recipes for compliance and waste reduction
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities

Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff management
