Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area

Job Duties
- Assist in managing execution of all rooms area departments operations including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping
- Monitor and improve guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance
- Lead and motivate team with focus on empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Address employee and guest concerns proactively with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage scheduling to meet guest and occupancy goals
- Perform job functions hourly as needed and undertake additional duties to support business
- Publish and review guest satisfaction results and communicate goals to staff
- Conduct hiring interviews and assist in hiring decisions
- Ensure thorough and timely orientation for new employees
- Administer property policies and disciplinary procedures fairly
- Recognize and celebrate team successes and contributions
- Review financial data to maximize departmental profitability
- Participate in annual quality audits with General Manager and Regional Director
- Verify implementation of key control programs
- Maintain compliance with brand service culture and hospitality standards
- Respond promptly to customer service requests
- Conduct semiannual one-to-one meetings with staff
