Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR two-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work full time on site
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations in front office, housekeeping, or maintenance
- Ability to analyze financial data and implement improvements
- Experience in human resource activities such as hiring and staff orientation
Job Duties
- Assist in managing operations in rooms area departments
- Lead and motivate team to exceed guest satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational goals
- Respond proactively to guest and employee concerns
- Participate in hiring, training, and staff development
- Review financial and performance reports to maximize profitability
