Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR two-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work full time on site

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of hotel operations in front office, housekeeping, or maintenance
  • Ability to analyze financial data and implement improvements
  • Experience in human resource activities such as hiring and staff orientation

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing operations in rooms area departments
  • Lead and motivate team to exceed guest satisfaction
  • Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational goals
  • Respond proactively to guest and employee concerns
  • Participate in hiring, training, and staff development
  • Review financial and performance reports to maximize profitability
