Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Ability to work full time
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service culture
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Proficiency in managing guest satisfaction and operational goals
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
  • Lead specific teams while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals
  • Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
  • Develop and implement game plans to address guest and employee satisfaction areas
  • Oversee scheduling aligned with guest and room occupancy goals
  • Perform hourly job functions as needed
  • Conduct hiring, orientation, and employee engagement activities
  • Review financial statements and strive to maximize departmental financial performance
