Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Ability to work full time
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality service culture
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Proficiency in managing guest satisfaction and operational goals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
- Lead specific teams while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
- Develop and implement game plans to address guest and employee satisfaction areas
- Oversee scheduling aligned with guest and room occupancy goals
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
- Conduct hiring, orientation, and employee engagement activities
- Review financial statements and strive to maximize departmental financial performance
