Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Two years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight flexibility
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
  • Two years experience in guest services or related professional area
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze guest satisfaction data
  • Knowledge of front office operations and hospitality standards

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
  • Lead specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals
  • Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
  • Strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction continually
  • Create and nurture a property environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork
  • Understand employee and guest satisfaction results and develop action plans
  • Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence and enthusiasm
