Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in related professional area
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze operational data and financial reports
- Availability to work full-time on-site

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial and performance data
- Knowledge of hospitality service culture and standards
- Experience in staff training and development
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Assist in managing execution of all rooms area operations including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
- Lead team to translate goals related to guest tracking and productivity
- Establish and nurture an environment of motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and passion for service
- Develop strategies based on employee and guest satisfaction results to improve areas needing attention and expand on strengths
- Ensure team capabilities meet expectations and lead by example with confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Perform hourly job functions as necessary and assist with scheduling against guest and occupied room goals
- Handle guest and employee concerns proactively maintaining professionalism and courtesy
- Communicate goals and results with employees regularly and conduct semi-annual one-to-one meetings
- Assist in hiring decisions, orientation, and employee satisfaction initiatives
- Review financial statements and performance data to maximize department financial results
- Participate in annual audits and verify a viable key control program is in place
- Meet or exceed all hospitality requirements and respond timely to service requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
