Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related field
- OR two-year degree in related field
- Two years relevant professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work full time
- Commitment to guest service excellence
- Proficiency in scheduling and operational management
Job Qualifications

- OR Two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
- Two years relevant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of hospitality service culture
Job Duties
- Assist in managing operations in Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
- Lead room operations team by translating goals and motivating staff
- Monitor guest and employee satisfaction and develop improvement plans
- Communicate goals and results to employees regularly
- Perform scheduling and job functions as needed
- Manage guest experience by providing excellent customer service and handling concerns
- Assist in financial performance reviews and cost reduction efforts
