Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related field
  • OR two-year degree in related field
  • Two years relevant professional experience
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work full time
  • Commitment to guest service excellence
  • Proficiency in scheduling and operational management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • OR Two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
  • Two years relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Knowledge of hospitality service culture

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing operations in Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
  • Lead room operations team by translating goals and motivating staff
  • Monitor guest and employee satisfaction and develop improvement plans
  • Communicate goals and results to employees regularly
  • Perform scheduling and job functions as needed
  • Manage guest experience by providing excellent customer service and handling concerns
  • Assist in financial performance reviews and cost reduction efforts
