Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR two-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in guest services or related area
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work full time and manage multiple departments
- Flexible to perform hourly functions as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with four years experience in guest services or related area
- OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with two years relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze financial and operational reports
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service culture
Job Duties
- Assist in managing execution of all operations in rooms area departments
- Strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
- Lead specific team and assist in meeting or exceeding property goals
- Manage human resources activities including hiring and employee feedback
- Review financial statements and performance data to maximize department profitability
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
