Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- relevant professional experience in guest services, front desk, or housekeeping
- 2-year degree from accredited university in related field preferred
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services or related area
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to analyze guest satisfaction data
- proficiency in managing team schedules
- knowledge of financial and sales reports
- experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Ensures that goals related to guest tracking and productivity are communicated to the team
- understands employee and guest satisfaction results and communicates plans to address needs

- assists employees in understanding and exceeding guest expectations
- follows property-specific second effort and recovery plans
- publishes guest satisfaction results promptly

- assists and teaches team scheduling
