Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full time at the Philadelphia location
Job Qualifications

- Ability to analyze guest and employee satisfaction data and develop action plans
- Proficiency in managing financial performance and operational standards
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service culture
Job Duties
- Assists in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
- Verifies that goals are translated to the team relating to guest tracking and productivity
- Creates and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and passion for service
- Takes proactive approaches when dealing with employee and guest concerns
- Communicates and updates all goals and results with employees
- Performs hourly job functions as needed
- Assists and teaches the team scheduling against guest and hours/occupied room goals
