Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related professional area
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple departments
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full time at the Philadelphia location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze guest and employee satisfaction data and develop action plans
  • Proficiency in managing financial performance and operational standards
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service culture

Job Duties

  • Assists in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments such as Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
  • Verifies that goals are translated to the team relating to guest tracking and productivity
  • Creates and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and passion for service
  • Takes proactive approaches when dealing with employee and guest concerns
  • Communicates and updates all goals and results with employees
  • Performs hourly job functions as needed
  • Assists and teaches the team scheduling against guest and hours/occupied room goals
