Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and performance reports
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and compliance procedures

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing execution of all room operations such as front office, engineering/maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Lead a specific team while helping meet or exceed property goals
  • Monitor and improve guest and employee satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling and staff hiring recommendations
  • Address and resolve guest and employee concerns proactively
  • Follow property second effort and recovery plans
  • Perform hourly job functions as needed
