Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial statements and performance reports
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and compliance procedures
Job Duties
- Assist in managing execution of all room operations such as front office, engineering/maintenance, and housekeeping
- Lead a specific team while helping meet or exceed property goals
- Monitor and improve guest and employee satisfaction
- Manage scheduling and staff hiring recommendations
- Address and resolve guest and employee concerns proactively
- Follow property second effort and recovery plans
- Perform hourly job functions as needed
