Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel operations or similar roles
  • proficient with scheduling and purchasing software
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including peak periods

  • proficient in inventory and cost control procedures
  • knowledge of IHG brand standards and hospitality compliance

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire teams in Food & Beverage and Housekeeping
  • deliver top-tier guest service while ensuring every detail shines
  • keep operations on track with smart scheduling, purchasing, and cost control
  • champion safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • turn guest feedback into action plans that raise the bar
  • develop associates through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship
