Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • or 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related area
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple departments

  • flexibility to work full time on-site

  • familiarity with hospitality software and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related field

  • strong customer service orientation with ability to handle guest concerns professionally

Job Duties

  • Lead room operations team by translating goals into actionable objectives and fostering teamwork and empowerment
  • assist in managing execution of all rooms area departments such as front office, engineering/maintenance, housekeeping
  • monitor compliance with property standards and procedures including second effort and recovery plans
  • publish guest satisfaction results and respond proactively to employee and guest concerns
  • communicate goals and updates regularly with staff and conduct one-to-one semiannual meetings
  • assist and teach scheduling aligned with guest and room occupancy goals
  • perform hourly job functions as needed and other duties to meet business needs
