Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Provide own housing and transportation
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and use hand, finger and wrist dexterity
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years of age prior to program start
- Completed degree in relevant field within two years of program
- Fluency in English
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
- Passion for hospitality and alignment with company values
Job Qualifications
- Completed degree in hospitality, human resources, sales and marketing, food and beverage, or business administration within two years of program start
- Fluency in English
- Experience with computer software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Embody the hotel’s vision, values, and culture
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- At least 21 years of age at program start
Job Duties
- Comprehend structure, roles and responsibilities within departments
- Create departmental schedules and manage payroll reporting
- Forecast operational requirements to ensure guest experience excellence
- Fulfill special guest requests involving dietary restrictions, room preferences, and special occasions
- Prevent and correct imperfections and blemishes in the hotel environment
- Communicate effectively with other departments and extended hotel teams
- Deliver exceptional guest service and work independently
