Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management
- Proven leadership and staff development skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control payroll costs
- Knowledge of quality assurance and loss prevention procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills including coaching and mentoring
- Strategic thinking abilities
- 2 to 5 years hotel or resort experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of resort housekeeping and guest services departments
- Oversee administrative, accounting, and property guest service functions
- Develop and train associates in both departments
- Schedule staffing weekly to meet varying forecast needs
- Participate in daily unit inspections to ensure standards
- Manage guest accounts including rate application and payment collection
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
