Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management
  • Proven leadership and staff development skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control payroll costs
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and loss prevention procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills including coaching and mentoring
  • Strategic thinking abilities
  • 2 to 5 years hotel or resort experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of resort housekeeping and guest services departments
  • Oversee administrative, accounting, and property guest service functions
  • Develop and train associates in both departments
  • Schedule staffing weekly to meet varying forecast needs
  • Participate in daily unit inspections to ensure standards
  • Manage guest accounts including rate application and payment collection
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
