Job Duties
- perform planned preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces
- flip and inspect mattresses and box springs
- assemble bed frames
- vacuum behind and under furniture
- remove stains from carpets and upholstery
- dust surfaces
- touch up paint and furniture
- ensure all fixtures and appliances are present and functional
- replace lighting fixtures
- inspect grout and caulking
- maintain, repair, and clean guest rooms according to preventive maintenance procedures
- perform minor miscellaneous repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing bulbs, filling wall holes
- clean all surfaces including bathtubs, tiles, floors, walls, windows, mirrors
- communicate serious maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately
- adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- greet and anticipate guest service needs
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- support team goals
- perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with heavier objects
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- execute other reasonable work duties as requested
