Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in housekeeping
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout shift
- Proficient English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to use property management systems and basic technology tools
- Physically capable of assisting with housekeeping tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel housekeeping leadership
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or manager role
- Comfortable using property management systems and basic technology tools
- Clear communicator in English
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Detail-driven and organized

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and personalized service across all guest rooms and public spaces
- Ensure all operations comply with OTH and brand cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction goals
- Conduct daily inspections and provide timely feedback and coaching to team members
- Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering of supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Partner with Engineering and Front Office teams to address maintenance needs and guest requests promptly
- Train new team members and foster ongoing development through hands-on guidance and clear communication
- Manage labor effectively by monitoring productivity, staffing levels, and scheduling needs
- Uphold a culture of accountability, care, and respect where team members feel seen, supported, and empowered
- Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
- Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
