Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general housekeeping or hospitality industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs on occasion
- Adherence to attendance requirements and work schedule
- Commitment to safety guidelines and professional conduct

- Interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Basic knowledge of club operations and amenities is a plus
Job Duties
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Ensure all guest room appliances such as TVs, phones, lights are functioning properly
- Respond to any special requests for additional items or services in a timely manner
- Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers
- Ensure that fresh linens are placed in guest rooms and dirty ones are removed promptly
- Uphold the hotel’s cleanliness standards and safety protocols, ensuring corridors, stairwells, and common areas are well-maintained
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the Rooms Manager or Maintenance Department
- Communicate and coordinate with supervisors to prioritize, document, and complete work requests from department heads, members, and guests
- Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management
- Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions
- Follow safe working practices and encourage safety compliance
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications
- Address and resolve challenges with regional and corporate teams
- Attend daily briefings and actively engage in team activities
