- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to use phone systems and office equipment proficiently
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- availability to work part-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed
- assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
