Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Prior hotel Rooms Division experience or recent hospitality school student with hotel experience
- Ability to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Passion for guest service
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs over short to medium distances
- Ability to stand for entire shift with reaching, bending, and stooping
- Must work onsite due to daily job requirements
Job Qualifications
- Luxury hotel Rooms Division experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- College degree in hospitality or travel and tourism preferred

Job Duties
- Be placed in various Rooms Division departments at a supervisory level including guest services, front desk, housekeeping, reservations, PBX/communications, or club lounge
- Rotate through departments for several weeks to months to gain experience
- Learn operations and supervisory duties in each department
- Prepare to become an assistant manager within 6 to 18 months
- Perform all other assigned duties as needed
